Weakness: VERY poor shipping methods and customer service. |

Comments: I was shipped the incorrect bike and it took almost a month to get my refund. I was told that for my trouble, they would ship me a replacement with free shipping (which I got on the first item I ordered). In addition, there was no follow through from anyone. I've never had such poor customer service in my life! Don't listen to their shipping promises either (they will ship it by a certain date or the item is free). Apparently, they don't keep promises either, because I was charged for an item for a month that I didn't order. |
