Comments: Horrible! I waited over a month for a printer, and the ship date changed 3 times. I couldn't wait any longer so I called to cancel order. Was told it would take 24-48 hours to cancel the order and the company would not send me a cancellation confirmation email, nor would they give me a cancellation number. Well here it is 5 days later and I checked the website and it says the printer has been shipped. Thank goodness I cancelled my credit card so they cannot charge me, but now I have to call the idiots tomorrow, and also hope that I am home to refuse delivery. Otherwise, I'll have to deal with them to return the printer that was not supposed to be sent to me. BUYER BEWARE! Customer service was rude and inept. I also cannot access my credit card profile on their website! DO NOT use this company! |
